Within The Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Intends To Award The Delivery Of Calibration And Work Gases For The Needs Of The Eea Laboratories. The Aim Is To Provide The Necessary Gas Mixtures For Quality Measurements Of Air Pollutants Within 24 Months, In The Implementation Of Monitoring Programs, Signals For Pollution And Award From Different Institutions. According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 17 Lots As Follows: Lot No 1: Calibration Gases And Foreign Gases For Verification So2 Lot No 2: Calibration Gases And Reference Gases For Verification No Lot No 3: Calibration Gases And Foreign Gases For Verification Co Lot No 4: Calibration Gases And Reference Gases To Check Benzene/Btx Lot No 5: Hellium Gases Lot No 6: Working Gases Argon Lot No 7: Calibration Gases And Reference Gases For Verification No2 Lot No 8: Calibration Gases, Reference Gases For Inspection And Operating Gas O2 Lot No 9: Calibration Gases And Fatherage Gases For H2s Verification Lot No 10: Calibration Gases And Foreign Gases For Verification Nh3 Lot No 11: Calibration Gases, Reference Gases For Inspection And Operating Gas Methane And Propane Lot No 12: Working Gas Nitrogen Lot No 13: Acetylene Working Gas Lot No 14: Higher Gas Hydrogen Lot No 15: Synthetic Air Working Gas Lot No 16: Working Gas Diazot Oxide (N2o) Lot No 17: Working Gas Invented Separate Positions № 7,8,9,10,11,12,12,13,14,15,16 And 17 Shall Be Assigned In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Same Will Be Entrusted To Their Individual Value By Direct Assignment In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Total Value Of The Separate Positions Is Bgn 199 400 (One Hundred Ninety -Nine Thousand Four Hundred Levs) Without Vat, Which Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract.
