Rfx Documents Should Be Obtained From The Bonfire Portal Note: There Is A Mandatory Site Tour/Pre-Proposal Meeting; Refer To Section 1.4 Of Part 1 Of The Rfp For Details. This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By Strathcona County (The “County”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Catering Services - 2026 Alberta Summer Games, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix A) (The “Deliverables”). The County Is Honored To Host The 2026 Alberta Summer Games (The “Games”) From July 16 To 19, 2026, Welcoming Approximately 5,000 Athletes, Coaches, Officials, And Spectators From Across Alberta. The Games Will Feature A Diverse Range Of Sports, Including Athletics, Baseball, Basketball, Mountain Biking, Lacrosse, Rugby, Soccer, And Softball, Utilizing The Countys Extensive Athletic Infrastructure. This Large-Scale Event Will Require Comprehensive On-Site Catering Services To Accommodate Athletes, Staff, And Volunteers. The Selected Catering Provider Will Be Responsible For Delivering High-Quality, Nutritious Meals In A Timely And Efficient Manner Across Multiple Venues. Given The Scope Of The Games, The Service Must Account For Diverse Dietary Needs, Volume Capacity, And Logistical Coordination To Ensure Seamless Food Service Operations Throughout The Event. The Deposit Payment Structure Has Been Established; Refer To Schedules “C” And “C-1” Of The Agreement (Attachment 1). The County Invites Qualified Catering Service Providers To Submit Proposals Detailing Their Approach To Meeting The Unique Demands Of The 2026 Alberta Summer Games.
