23 Installation of the above supplied items:- Dismantling the existing delivery line, valves, short pices& withdrawing the existing pump from the tubewell by derrick arrangement after dismantling the power connection all complete as per direction of E.I.C.
24 Installation of above supplied P/Machinery along with column pipes, safety device, submersible cableetc. as per direction of E.I.C. This includes the cost of inter connection of submersible cable with loop box through 32 mm PVC pipes as required in undergroundmanner including arrangement of derrick and supply & fixng of specials all complete.
25 Making suitable size pump foundation base with supplying cement, sand, stone chips etc. in the portion of (4:2:1) including plastering neat cement finish etc. at outside pump house (Size: 1.00 mtr. X 1.83 mtr. ). The above base of tubewell is to be made with 250 mm. thickness brick wallon all side with 200 mm. thick F.C. slab on top including plastering and neat cement finishing complete as per direction of EIC.
26 Fitting fixing of the above valves (as in item no. 11, 12 & 13), specials etc. with existing delivery and backwash line by supplying and fitting-fixing of required nuts, bolts, washers etc. as required to complete the work as per direction.This also includes of suitable length of 1.5 Sqmm single core copper wire from pump to actuator of the valve all complete and erection of required nos. & suitable height of valve & pipe supports as per direction of E.I.C. All the supports have to be plastered, net cement finished & painting of desired colour as per direction of EIC.
27 Supply & fitting fixing 80 mm dia heavy type MS Black pipes (for common delivery header pump under Sl no-1, along with necessary bends, specials, fittings , viz flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets, concentric enlarger , MS dismenteling joint, for connecting with existing delivery pipeline etc. including providingsuitable nos MS/Bricks/PCC support for laying of pipes, valves as required to make the installation complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.(Approx lenth 25 mtrs)
28 Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes for underground work of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials ,jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads ,cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed complete in all respect. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials.)PVC Pipes (Dia), 32 mm. for cable as in item No. 22 .
29 Labour for fitting and fixing high density poly-ethylene pipes or P.V.C. pipes for above ground work including cost of jointing materials paints etc. fitting and fixing all necessary specials, cutting pipes, making threads, cutting holes in walls or R.C. floor where necessary and mending good all damages excluding the cost of masonry or concrete work, if necessary, but including the cost and fitting and fixing holder bat clamps(any floor) or for underground work including cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre and refilling the same and alsoincuding the carrage of departmental supplied50 mm diaPVC from PHE, DCC Store,Jhargram to Chichira W/S site complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on centre line measurement of the total pipeline including specials. )(B)Under Ground-i) 50 mm dia.
30 Installation & commissioning of the above supplied chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and drawing of power line as per I.E. rules by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation (at least 200 mm) with concrete mixture (Sand, cement, stone chips) and neat cement finishing by supplying of all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of E.I.C.(Power will be feed from PLC panel of pumping machinery)N.B - 1)T.C & G.C of pump motor needed. 2)All works shoul be carried out as per reaevant & latest IS code.
31 Installation of the abovementioned voltage stabilizer ofon the foundation including all connection complete as per direction of E.I.C.
32 Installation of above mentioned panel on suitable position wall by supplying & fitting-fixing of required nos. of angle, fastners, nut-bolts, washers etc. with necessary earthing arrangements by G.I. strip/wire and mending damaged as per entire satisfaction of EIC.
33 Supply and installation of 2 mm thick, powder coated anticorosive painted G.I.Fabricated outdoor mounted kenopy type Cable Jointing Box having four legs and six nos. 100Amps Al Bus bar, hinje type front having IP 55 protection &locking arrangement as per direction of E I C .
34 Laying ofcableas in item no. 14 & 22 through existing PVC pipe including mending damages all complete.
35 Laying of cable4 core 16 sqmm (as in item no. 14 ) on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting.
36 Laying of cable (as in item no. 22) on wall/surface incl. S & F of MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting all complete as per direction of E.I.C.
37 Supplying and fixing of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of 4 core 16 sq.mm cable (as in item no. 14) all complete as per direction of E.I.C.
38 Supplying and fixing of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of 1.1 KV Gr. 2 core 4 sq.mm cable (as on item 22) XLPE Armored Alu. Cable all complete as per direction of E.I.C.
39 Finishing the end of cable (as in item no. 14 ) by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materialsall complete as per direction of E.I.C.
40 Finishing the cable as in item no. 22 by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials all complete as per direction of E.I.C.
41 (a) Earthing with 50 mm diameter G.I. pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3Mtr. (10ft.) long and 1 x 4 SWG G.I. wire (4Mtr.long) 13 mm diameter x 80mm (3inch) long G.I. Bolts, double nuts, washer including S & F of 15mm diameter G.I. pipe protection (1 Mtr. Long) to be filled with bitumen partly below ground level to an average depth of 3.65Mtr.(12ft.) below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed. i) For soft soil by ISI Medium GI pipe.
42 (b) Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm diaholes on the GI pipe.
43 (c) Extra for treatment of soil by salt and charcoal coke for pipe electrode.
44 (d) Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.Length of busbar is 0.5 mtr.
45 Erection of 9 Mtr long Single Steel tubular pole with sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (size 0.6x0.6 x 1.7 mtrs), having 600x600x750 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt and earthing arrangement by 8 SWG GI Wire,after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 KM from store to worksite including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.
46 Extrafor providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.45x0.45x0.60 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) suitable for alkathene/polythene pipe entry as directed for streel light wiring incl. S & F 20 cmx15cmx10 cm G.I. loop box, 16 SWG & incl. drilled hole in pole.
47 Supplying & fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for upto 2- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular pole near base, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint all complete as per direction.
48 Fixing of the aboveoutdoor type LED Street light luminaireon steel tubula pole alongwith fixing ofdouble armbracket (as on item No 18) including making interconnection of the light by supplying of2 x 1.4 Sqmm PVC,FRLS single coreCu wire as per direction of EIC.
49 Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of 9 mtrs. long and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint - Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole (i) One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming per pole
50 (ii) 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer
