Contract Award For Geothermal Macolin – Geology / Seismic / Cfc 498 Perimeter Of The Federal Office For Sport Fospo In Macolin Will Be Equipped With A Local Heating System. A Heat Network Will Supply Them Individually With Energy, Both For Heating And For The Production Of Hot Water. A Geothermal Power Plant Will Be The Primary Heat Source. Hot Water Will Be Extracted From A Deep Borehole, Its Energy Will Be Transferred To The Distribution Network By Means Of A Heat Exchanger, Then The Water, Once Cooled, Will Be Reinjected Into The Depths. A Seismic Campaign Will Be Carried Out In Order To Characterize The Geological Structures Of The Subsoil. This Seismic Campaign Includes A 3D Seismic, A Seismic On Lake Biel As Well As A 2D Seismic To Ensure The Setting At The Hermrigen Well.
