Complete Dismantling Of The Impeller Assembly In The Workshop. . Repairs To Impellerby Applying New Material So The Impeller Should Be Balanced. Turning And Machining Of The Impeller For Proper Finish And Size.P / F Of 2-Nobushes & 2-No Bearings ( 6309 ) . Providing / Fabrication Of Neck Rings ( 2 Nos. ) . Fabrication Of Glands As Per Sample. Greasing Of All The Parts . Re-Assembling Of Impeller Shaft Assembly & Shifting Back To L.I.S. Fitment Of Impellershaft Assembly In The Pump At Proper Position & Closing The Top Cover By P / F Of New Nuts, Bolts, Washers And Packing. Providing / Fitting Of Gland Packing, Greasing Work . Thereafter Coupling With Motor, Alignment Setting, Testing Of Pump On Load. Complete Job Includes The Cost Of Material, Labour Charges, To And Fro Carriage Charges, Hire Charges Of Tools And Tackles, Out Station Charges Etc.Complete Job 2 Repairs To 2 Hp Priming Pump Installed At Lis Nazlachak .The Job Involves Disconnecting The Power Supply And Unfastening The Priming Pump From The Suction Side And Delivery Side . Fitment Of The Priming Pump At The Proper Position And Fastening The Suction And Delivery Pipes To The Priming Pump.Testing Of Priming Pump On Full Load. The Job Involves Disconnecting / Dismantling Of The Foot Valve Assembly From The Suction Pipe By Deploying Manual Labour And Allied Tools & Tackles. Shifting / Transporting To The Workshop. Cleaning By Washing With Water To Make The Foot Valves Completely Silt Free. After Drying Them Completely, Carrying Out Necessary Repair Works On The Valve Surfaces And Flanged Joints By Welding Using Good Quality Electrodes. Complete Repair To The Damaged Flap Seat, Flaps And Hinges . Providing / Fitting Of New Rubber Washer Cut As Per Size Of The Flap Plate. Reassembling The Foot Valve And Transporting Back To The Installation Site At Lis. Fitting The Valves To The Respective Suction Lines With Replacement Of Damaged Rubber Gaskets Of Flanged Joints And Worn-Out Nuts, Bolts Etc.
