    Contract Award For Romania-Craiova: Electrical power systems design services
    Provision of the design service technical technical documentation (DTE) for investment works in Red, SC / SA, including for RED technology buildings, funded by its own source or financial contributions, as well as for the expanding networks and connection to Red (made on Connection Tariff and other attracted sources) Design services are described in the specifications is an integral part of the awarding documentation: DTE Phases: SS (SOLUTION STUDY) FOR CONSUMER / Manufacturer Users, SA / SC (Release Studies Location / coexistence), SF (feasibility study), PTE (technical project execution) - Topographic lifting, Development of cadastral documentation, geotechnical documentation, technical expertise; - Documentation for obtaining opinions / agreements, technical documentation for the construction / dismantling authorization , documentation for obtaining the right of use and servitude and other documentation imposed by legislation in VIG (environmental impact studies, technical risk studies, technical documentation for the AFER authorization for submission of CFR etc); - obtaining on behalf of the Urbanism Certificate, opinions and agreements imposed by the Urbanism Certificate and those necessary for the execution of the works and / or the RED Infustration / Modification, according to the legislation in force, the construction / abolition authorization as well as the AFER authorization for subtraving the railways; - development studies in accordance with the requirements of the orders issued by ANRE that analyzes the distribution network and proposes Recommendations so as to offer all current and potential electricity customers, the basis of comfort and economic efficiency by providing services for all area of activity, but with the individual satisfaction of the requirements-preparation of the GIS documentation according to the DeO methodology (Annex 4 - Methodology for topographic lifting, CO Definitions on site deo, at https: Distributieolteniaro / RO / Information-Useful / Technical Documents) will be drawn up with PTE phase and is included in the execution of PTE-feasibility studies for extensions / electrifications, developers in compliance with ord 36/2019 and ords 59/2013
