Servicing And Repairing/ Carrying Out Maintenance Of 11Kv/440V Transformer Including The Following Works For 100 Kva Capacity As Follows Complete All As Specified & Directed : -
( A ) Disconnecting The Transformer From Platform , Electrical Connection From Ht & Lt Side , Earthing Side , Lifting With The Help Of Crane Transporting To Trade Work Shop And Unloading All As Specified .
( B ) Dismantling The Transformer , Drain Out Trransformer Oil , Lift The Cover , Coil Assembly & Keep Up The Assembly In Open Upto The Preparation . Scratching The Body With Wire Brush For Any Carbon Deposite And Oily Substance From The Transformer .
( C ) Cleaning The Core Iron Sheet Laminations Assembly By Oil Complete , Removing Carbon Sediments , Dust In The Coil And Core Gently Without Making Any Damage To Coil And Core .
( D ) Re-Assembling All Dismantled Parts Including Provision Of New Gasket , Nut , Bolts , Refilling With Transformer Oil .
( E ) Lifting The Transformer From Trade Workshop , Transporting Back To Site . Unloading On The Platform Connecting The Transormer With Foundation , Electrical Connection To Ht , Lt And Earthing Side , Testing And Commissioning For Satisfactory Performance .
Note: ( I ) Transformer Oil Filteration And Topup Of New Oil Will Be Measured Seperately . ( Ii ) All Petty Parts Including Nut , Bolts , Gasket And Minor Weldings /Patch Work Are Deemed To Be Included In The Rate Quoted . ( Iii ) The Rate For Lifting By Crane , Transporting , Unloading Are Deemed To Be Included In The Unit Rate Quoted . ( Iv ) All Major Parts E . G .
