Contract Award For Romania-Craiova: Electrical power systems design services
The subject of the procedure is the provision of the design of the technical technical documentation (DTE) for the investment works in Red, SC / SA, including the technological buildings in Red, financed by its own source or financial contributions, as well as for the expansion and connection works to the RED (carried out on connection tariff and other attracted sources) Design services are described in the specifications, is an integral part of the awarding documentation: - DTE Phases: SS (SOLUTION STUDY) FOR CONSUMER / Manufacturer Users, SA / SC (Location Studies / coexistence), SF (Feasibility Study), PTE (Technical Execution Project); - Topographic Liftings, Development of Cadastral Documentation, Geotechnical Documentation, Technical Expertise; - Elaboration of documentation for obtaining opinions / agreements, technical documentation for Obtaining the building / abolition authorization, documentation for obtaining the right of use and servitude and other documents and imposed by the legislation in force (environmental impact studies, technical risk studies, technical documentation for the AFER authorization for subtraving CFR etc.); - Obtaining on behalf of the Urbanism Certificate, opinions and agreements imposed by the Urbanism Certificate and and those necessary for the execution of the works and / or infantation / change in the RED, according to the legislation in force, the construction / abstraction authorization as well as the AFER authorization for the subtraction of the railways; - development studies in accordance with the requirements of the orders issued by ANRE that analyzes the Network Electric distribution and proposes recommendations so as to provide all current customers and power electricity, the basis of comfort and economic efficiency by providing services for the whole area of activity, but with the individual satisfaction of the requirements; - drawing up the GIS documentation according to the methodology Deo (Annex 4 - "Methodology For topographic lifting ", according to the Deo site, at HTTPS: Distributieolteniaro / RO / Information-Useful / Technical Documents) will be drawn up with PTE phase and is included in the execution time; - studies of Feasibility for extensions / electrifications, developers in accordance with ord 36/2019 and OrD 59/2013
