Per Day In One Shift Of 08 Hours For Providing Services To Attend Day To Day Complaints Pertaining To Differennt Of Sewarage Work Incl Of Bottle Trap , Gully Trap , Hahani Trap , 'P' To 'S' Strap Of Wc . Removing , Of Blockage And Cleaning Of Sewage Line From Nahani Trap / Floor Trap To Gully Trap Of From Gully Trap To First Manhole And Making Flow Of Sewage With Manual / Pressure Cleaning Pumps And Glexible Rods And Other Necessary T&P Equipment For All Md And Otm Accn Building Included Map Qtrs In Invable And Workable Hygenic Conditgion Perfectly In Order Through Out The Period Of Job On All Working Days ( Except Sunday And Closed Holidays ) All As In Particular Specification And As Directed By Age B/R-Ii ( N ) With Deployment Of Requisite Sewermen Single ( Day ) Shift Of 08 Hours . ( A ) Sewermen 02 Nos Notes :- ( A ) Material / Item Reqd To Repairs / Replacement Will Be Issued Under Sch 'B' As Free For Fixing . ( B ) Apart From Attending The Complaints During Day Shift , Round The Clock Services For Registering And Attending Emergency Complaints Recd Dueing Non-Working Hours Shall Also Be Provided . ( C ) In Case Extra Manpower Is Reqd To Achieve The Reqd Efficacy , The Same Will Be Provided By The Contractor Without Any Extra Cost To Govt . ( D ) The Contractor Is Deemed To Have Inspected / Visited The Premises / Officers The Area Of Which Is Included In The Scope Of Work To Ascertain The Actual Quantum Of Work Involved . ( E ) Necessary T&P And Safty Gear Shall Be Provided By The Contractor . ( F ) Payment To All Staff / Employees To Rendering Services Is To Be Made As Minimum Wages Act At Rates Promulagated By Central / State Govt Whicfh Ever Is Higher Through Bank Account Of Employees . ( G ) ( I ) At The Time Of Submission Of Bill , Proof In Respect Of Payment Made To The Employees Alongwith Epf / Pf Details Is Also To Be Submitted . ( Ii ) Before Commencement Of Work , List Of All Employees / Staff Is To Be Submitted To Ge Alongwith Qualification / Experience Details And Id Proof . ( H ) Contractor Should Quate Rates As Per Prevailing Minimum Wages As Applicable And Considering All Statutory Payment As Per Govt Rules In Existing Failing Which Tenderer Will Be Treated As Non Bonafied And Such Bidder Will Be Debarred For Future Quoting Of Tender For Next Six Months . , Providing Comprehensive Maintenance Services By Attending Day To Day Complaints ( E/M ) & ( B/R ) In Livable And Workable Hygienic Condition Perfectally In Order Through Out The Period Of Contract And Petty Repairs Requiring Immediate Attention For Maintenance3 And Up Keeping Of Md & Otm Accn Buildings ( Refer Appx A ) On All Working Days For Electricial And Other Trademan On All Working Days Except Sunday And Gazetted Holidays Alongwith All Necessary Tools And Plants Complete As Per Requirement Enumerated In Particular Specifications And As Directed By Engr-In-Charge With Deployment Of Requisite Tradesmen In Single ( Day ) Shift Of 08 Hrs .
