    Tender For Tender Document For Environmental Clearance At Jaipur, Ajmer And Palanpur Terminals Under North West Zone - Ec- Additional Tanksajmer-Environment Clearance For Terminal/Installation-1) Eia/Rra/Hazop/Dmp:Conducting The Environment Impact Assessment (Eia) Study Including Rapid Risk Analysis (Rra), Hazop Study And Environment Management Plan For Terminal/Installation As Required For The Environment Clearance From Seiaa/Mppcb/Ministry Of Environment And Forest (Moef) For Putting Up New Facilities Including Additional Product Storage Tank Age. The Job Includes Any Other Requisite Study/Report/Clearance, If Need Be, For Obtaining Above Clearance, Submit The Report To Concerned Authorities For Their Approval/Clearance. 2) Public Hearings: Liaison With State/Central Govt./Statutory Authorities And Attend Public Hearings, Meetings Etc. For Terminal/Installation With All Documents And Reports Required Including Fling Application With Regulatory Agencies For Obtaining Environmental Clearance Form Govt./Statuary Authorities Viz. State Pollution Control Board, State Environment/State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (Seiaa)/Forest Department(S), Ministry Of Environment And Forests Etc. By Deputing Competent Officials During Presentations And Hearings. Scope Includes Defending Hpcl Interest For The Existing And Proposed Additional Facilities/Product Tank-Ages. 3) Environmental Clearance: Obtaining Final Environmental Clearance From Seiaa/Ministry Of Environment And Forest (Moef), As The Case May Be For Terminal/Installation And Submission Of The Above Certificate Of The Approval To Hpcl. Job Includes Filing Application On Behalf Of Hpcl, Location To Seiaa/Uppcb/Moef As Required, Submission Of Eia Study/Rapid Risk Analysis Report/Disaster Control Management Plan/Hazop Study To The Authorities And Obtain Final Environmental Clearance As Per Government Policy.etc.
