The Taste And Smell Should Be Natural, Characteristic Of Dried Fruits, Without Foreign Tastes And Odors. The Consistency Should Be Meaty. The Following Are Not Allowed In Dried Fruits: Mineral Impurities That Can Be Sensed Organoleptically; Metal Impurities And Other Foreign Impurities; Rotten, Burnt Fruits, Waste; Insect Pests, Their Larvae, Pupae. Drying Fruits Should Not Show Signs Of Alcoholic Fermentation And Mold Visible To The Naked Eye.
