Contract Award For Electric Energy (For The Needs Of Dormitories) On The Terms Of A Universal Service. Procurement Is Carried Out In Accordance With Paragraph 6 Of Subsection 5 Of Clause 13 Of The Features. Paragraph 6 Of Subsection 5 Of Clause 13 Of The Peculiarities Of Public Procurement Of Goods, Works And Services For Customers Provided For By The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement For The Period Of Validity Of The Legal Regime Of Martial Law In Ukraine And Within 90 Days From The Date Of Its Termination Or Cancellation, Which Were Approved By Resolution Of The Cabinet Of Ministers Of Ukraine No. 1178 Dated 12.10.2022 (Hereinafter Referred To As Peculiarities), Stipulates That Purchases By Customers Goods And Services (Except Current Repair Services) Whose Value Is Or Exceeds Uah 100,000, Current Repair Services Whose Cost Is Or Exceeds Uah 200,000, Works Whose Cost Is Or Exceeds Uah 1.5 Million May Be Carried Out By Concluding A Purchase Agreement Without The Use Of Open Tenders And/Or An Electronic Catalog For The Purchase Of Goods In The Event That Works, Goods Or Services Can Be Performed, Delivered Or Provided Exclusively By A Certain Business Entity - In The Case Of Concluding A Purchase Agreement With A Universal Service Supplier For The Supply Of Electric Energy.
