(Additional Works) (Code Dk 021:2015:45454000-4 Reconstruction) Sub-Item 8 Of Item 13 Of The Specifics Stipulates: After The Conclusion Of The Purchase Contract, The Customer Needs To Purchase Additional Works Or Services Related To The Subject Of The Main Contract Purchase From The Same Contractor/Service Provider. The Possibility And Conditions Of Performing Such Additional Works Or Providing Services May Be Provided For In The Main Procurement Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Procurement. The Purchase Of Additional Works Or Services From The Same Contractor/Service Provider Is Carried Out Within Three Years After The Conclusion Of The Procurement Contract, If The Total Cost Of Such Works Or Services Does Not Exceed 50 Percent Of The Price Of The Main Procurement Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Procurement.
