Contract Award For The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Work (Provide Services) For The Repair And Maintenance Of The Customers Xerox Versalink C7000 Printer (Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment), And The Customer Undertakes To Promptly Provide The Equipment To The Contractor, Accept The Work Performed (Services Provided) And Make Payment Within The Terms Established By This Agreement. Works (Services) On The Subject Of This Agreement Include: Replacement Of The Fusing Unit (Taking Into Account Materials); Cleaning The Case, Trays And Internal Components From Dust, Toner Residues And Other Contaminants; Lubrication And Cleaning Of Gears, Shafts, Paper Feed Rollers. All Spare Parts And Components Used In The Performance Of Work (Provision Of Services) Are New (Which Have Not Been Used Or Repaired, Including Those That Have Not Been Restored, Whose Components Have Not Been Replaced, Or Whose Consumer Properties Have Not Been Restored). All Spare Parts And Components Used In Performing Work (Rendering Services) Are Compatible With The Xerox Versalink C7000 Printer.
