At The Same Time, The First Part Of Article 3 Of Law No. 2019, Which Establishes The Principles Of Operation Of The Electric Energy Market, Stipulates That The Electric Energy Market Functions On A Competitive Basis, Except For The Activities Of Natural Monopolies, With Restrictions Established By This Law. According To Clauses 67, 93 Of Article 1 Of Law No. 2019, Universal Service Is The Supply Of Electricity To Household Consumers, Which Guarantees Their Rights To Be Provided With Electricity Of A Certain Quality On The Conditions Determined In Accordance With This Law, Throughout The Territory Of Ukraine, And The Universal Service Provider - It Is An Electricity Supplier Defined In Accordance With This Law, Which Fulfills The Obligation To Provide A Universal Service. According To The Definition Given In Law No. 2019, Paragraph 42, A Small Non-Household Consumer Is A Consumer Who Is A Household Consumer And Buys Electricity For His Own Consumption, Whose Electrical Installations Are Connected To Electrical Networks With A Contractual Capacity Of Up To 50 Kw.
