    Contract Award For Mitholz: Clearance Of Former Ammunition Depot, Mandate For Planning Services, Dismantling Of Flue

    During The Second World War, An Underground Military Ammunition Storage Facility Was Built In Mitholz Be. In 1947, Some Of The Stored Ammunition Exploded. The Risk Assessment Of The Remaining Ammunition Depot Carried Out At The Time Was Classified As Uncritical. New Risk Assessments From 2018 And 2020 Have Shown A Higher Risk Than Previously Assumed. On December 4, 2020, The Federal Council Decided To Clear The Former Ammunition Storage Facility And Commissioned An Expanded Project Organization To Plan And Project The Corresponding Work. This Tender Is Used To Obtain The Mandate For Planning Services For The Reduction Of Flue.
