    The Specialist Application To Be Procured Serves The Pending Management Of The Bernese Civil Registry Offices And Is Intended To Contain Both The Basic Functionalities Of The Current Specialist Application And A Customer Portal For Online Appointment Reservations, Including - As Part Of Further Development - Connection To The Payment Service "BE-Epayment », Connection To “BE-Login” For Customer Authentication, Connection To The Municipal Register System GERES For Obtaining Personal Master Data And To The Cantonal ERP System (SAP).

    The Item To Be Procured Can Be Realized As An Extension/Parameterization Of A Standard Solution Or The Development Of Individual Software.

    In Addition To The Development/Delivery Of The Specialist Application, Corresponding Project Services, Training, Operational Support/Maintenance/Support And Further Development Services Are Expected.
