Contract Award For Automobile Speedometers And Speedometer Drives (Procurement Is Carried Out Taking Into Account Subsection 6 Of Paragraph 13 Of The Peculiarities Of Public Procurement Of Goods, Works And Services For Customers, Provided For By The Law Of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", For The Period Of The Legal Regime Of Martial Law In Ukraine And Within 90 Days From Its Termination Or Cancellation, Approved By Resolution No. 1178 Of The Cabinet Of Ministers Of Ukraine Dated October 12, 2022, Namely: Open Auctions Are Canceled (Announcement On Conducting Open Auctions Ua-2024-03-28-007837-A And Report On The Results Of The Procurement Procedure Ua -2024-03-28-007837-A Are Attached) Due To The Failure To Submit Any Tender Offer For Participation In Open Tenders Within The Period Established By The Customer In Accordance With The Specifications. At The Same Time, The Subject Of Procurement, Its Technical, Quantitative And Qualitative Characteristics, The Draft Of The Procurement Contract, And Also, The Requirements For The Entity With Which The Procurement Contract Is Concluded Do Not Differ From The Requirements Specified By The Customer In The Tender Documentation (Except For The Requirements Specified In Clause 47 Of The Features), And The Amount Of The Purchase Contract Does Not Exceed The Expected Value Of The Procurement Item Specified By The Customer In The Announcement Of Open Tenders, Which Were Canceled Due To The Lack Of A Sufficient Number Of Participants In The Procurement Procedure (Participant In The Procurement Procedure).
