Contract Award For Training On The Topic Peculiarities Of Conducting Internal Audits In Accordance With The Requirements Of Iso 37001 Management System For Combating Corruption. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Customer With Services, The Quality Of Which Corresponds To The Terms Of The Invoice-Contract And The Current Requirements Established By The Regulations And Legislation Of Ukraine For Such Services. *This Procurement Is Carried Out As An Exception On The Basis Of Clause 16 Of Part 5 Of Article 3 Of The Law Of Ukraine "On Public Procurement". The Relevant Procurement Is Not Included In The Annual Plan In Accordance With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" (Hereinafter - The Law), Namely: The Annual Plan Does Not Include Procurement For The Implementation Of Which This Law Does Not Apply In The Cases Specified In Parts 5 And 6 Of Article 3 Of This Law. Since For The Publication Of Such A Procurement, The Algorithm Of The Work Of The Ehs Does Not Provide For The Publication Of Information Without Creating An Annual Procurement Plan, Which Does Not Comply With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", The Customer Created An Identifier Of The Annual Plan For The Possibility Of Publishing Information (Reporting) In Accordance With The Economic Code Of Ukraine And The Specified Identifier (Number) Is Not An Annual Procurement Plan Within The Meaning Of The Law Of Ukraine "On Public Procurement".
