Central Mail Handling Generally Consists Of Receiving And Opening Mail Addressed To Csns Postal Service, Sorting, Preparation, Scanning, Character Interpretation, Correcting, Archiving, Thinning And Retrieval Of Physical Documents. Mail That According To Instructions Given By Csn Should Not Be Scanned, Is Forwarded To Csn. Csn Has A Large Production Of Forms, Fact Sheets And Information Brochures That Are Sent Out To Our Customers. A Large Part Of The Forms We Send Out Are Returned With Factual Information Filled In. The Largest Part Of These Forms Is Handled By Csns Supplier Of Central Mail Handling. Scanned Documents With Associated Data Are Transferred To Csns Handling System For Automatic Processing And The Physical Documents Are Archived. Csns Business Processes Are Largely Automated And An Important Prerequisite Is That The Scanned And Interpreted Data Is Of High Technical Quality And That The Information Is Correct In Its Content. It Is Therefore Of Great Importance To Csn That The Supplier Ensures This In Its Provision Of The Service. Previously Archived Documents Are Taken Over By The New Supplier To Enable Retrieval Of The Original Documents. Archiving Takes Place According To The Requirements Set Out In The Procurement Document.
