Contract Award For Repair Of The Fan Electric Motor. Repair Of The Fan Electric Motor. The Quality Of The Services Provided Must Meet The Current Quality Standards And The Requirements Of The Operating Documents For Such Equipment. *This Procurement Is Carried Out As An Exception Based On Clause 16 Of Part 5 Of Article 3 Of The Law Of Ukraine "On Public Procurement". The Relevant Procurement Is Not Included In The Annual Plan In Accordance With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" (Hereinafter - The Law), Namely: The Annual Plan Does Not Include Procurement For The Implementation Of Which This Law Does Not Apply In The Cases Specified In Parts 5 And 6 Of Article 3 Of This Law. Since For The Publication Of Such A Procurement, The Algorithm Of The Work Of The Ehs Does Not Provide For The Publication Of Information Without The Creation Of An Annual Procurement Plan, Which Does Not Comply With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", The Customer Created An Identifier Of The Annual Plan For The Possibility Of Publishing Information (Reporting) In Accordance With The Economic Code Of Ukraine And The Specified Identifier (Number) Is Not An Annual Procurement Plan Within The Meaning Of The Law Of Ukraine "On Public Procurement".
