Support For The Operation Of A Separate System Circuit In Remote Mode: - Checking The Functionality Of The Server Part Of The System; - Checking The Possibility Of Connecting To The Server Part Of The System; - Checking And Testing The Load On The Server Part Of The System; - Optimizing The Operation Of A Separate System Circuit. 3. Investigation, Diagnosis And Resolution Of Incidents In The Functioning Of A Separate Scheme Of The System In Remote Mode: - Consideration Of The Description Of The Incident Provided By The Authorized Representative Of The Customer In A Form That Allows You To Get A Full Idea Of The Essence Of The Actions Performed And Their Results; - Consultations Of The System Administrator Regarding The Actions That Led To The Occurrence Incident; - Consultations Of The System Administrator Regarding Actions To Resolve Incidents. 4.
