This Project And The Other Associated Construction Projects Are Summarized In The “Airport Head Development Program” (EFHK Program). The Concept For Project-Related Quality Management In The EFHK Program (PQM Concept EFHK) Defines The Risk Management Approach At The Program Level - This Includes Requirements, Construction Project And Operational Management - And For The Individual Construction Projects. The Advertised “PQM Staff Position” Assumes Responsibility For PQM At The Program Level And Manages Risk Management For The EFHK Program.
