Contract Award For Renovation And Expansion Of Bisisthalerstrasse, Sections Stützli To Balm (Muotathal) And Balm To Schönenboden (Muotathal / Bisisthal) Bisisthalerstrasse Is To Be Renovated In The Section From Stützli To Schönenboden Between 2024 And 2026. It Runs From The Stützli Area (Pragelstrasse/Bisthalerstrasse Junction) For Around 6 Km To Schönenboden. The Route Is Divided Into Two Sections. Part 1 (Stützli - Balm) Is 1024 M Long And Includes Residential And Commercial Areas. Part 2 Extends From The Balm Area (End Of The Commercial Area) To Schönenboden With A Length Of 5027 M. The Existing Road Has Damage To The Surface, Ruts And Drainage Problems. Traffic Has Also Increased, Resulting In More Dangerous Intersection Maneuvers. Part 1 Is To Be Expanded To A Continuous Width Of 5.70 M. Part 2 Will Be Renovated And Local Measures Will Be Taken. A New Decking Is To Be Installed Across The Entire Perimeter. The Muotathal Water Cooperative Is Planning To Replace The Drinking Water Pipe In The Balm Section To The Euschenenbrücke.
