    The Project Consists In The Design And Construction Of A New Management Building For The National Youth Sports Center Of Tenero (Cst).
    In Particular, It Is A Question Of Carrying Forward The Preliminary Project From The Sia 32 Phase Up To The Construction And Commissioning. Cost Margin Is Chf 6.0 Million (Ccc1-5, Including Vat). The Demolition Of The Existing Building Is Part Of The Project.
    The Building Is To Be Built According To The Minergie-P-Eco Standard And The Sustainability Regulations Of The Kbob. The Architect Mario Botta Is The Designer Of Phases Sia 3 "Planning" And Is Foreseen For Phases Sia 4 And 5 And As Architectural Direction.
    The Project Must Take Into Account The Activities That Take Place During The Construction Phase Within The Cst Campus And All Necessary Measures Must Be Taken To Ensure Absolute Safety For All Cst Customers And Employees
