Contract Award For Ongoing Repair Of The Simplest Shelter In The Premises Of The Cultural Center Of The Village Of Yaroslavychi, Shkilna Street, 20A, Dubensky District, Rivne Region. Additional Funds Were Allocated By The Decision Of The Village Council No. 738 Dated 04/24/2023. Taking Into Account The Explanation Of Mertu No. 3304-04/54160-06 Dated 03.09.2020, It Is Stated That Procurement Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Annual Plan, In Case Of: 1) The Emergence Of A New Or Additional Need For Goods, Works Or Services That The Customer Could Not Foresee; 2) Allocation Of Additional Funds; 3) Redistribution Of Funds Saved As A Result Of Procurement Procedures; 4) Redistribution Of Funds Saved In The Event Of A Downward Change In The Price Of The Purchase Agreement; 5) Redistribution Of Funds That Were Planned For The Purchase Of Other Procurement Item(S) Or Financing Of Other Expenses; 6) Cancellation Of The Procurement Or Recognition Of It As Having Not Taken Place/Non-Conclusion Of The Procurement Contract Based On The Results Of The Procurement And The Need For A New Procurement; 7) Termination Of The Purchase Agreement And The Need For A New Purchase; 8) In Other Similar Cases, The Customer Can Make Appropriate Changes To The Annual Procurement Plan By Creating New And/Or Editing/Deleting Existing Lines Of The Annual Plan With Procurement Information. At The Same Time, Taking Into Account The Concept Of "Subject Of Procurement", Such A Subject Of Procurement (In A Newly Created Or Edited Line Of The Annual Plan) In The Above Cases Will Be Considered A New Subject Of The Contract And A New Subject Of Procurement. Therefore, The Type Of Procurement For Such A Procurement Item Must Be Determined By The Customer Taking Into Account The Value Limits Defined By The Law And Taking Into Account The Category Of The Customer.
