Contract Award For Distribution Of Electric Energy (Services For The Distribution Of Electric Energy And Services For Ensuring The Flow Of Reactive Electric Energy). The Distribution Of Electric Energy Is Uah 120,000.00. Including (Electricity Distribution Service Is Uah 98,000.00 And Reactive Electrical Energy Flow Provision Service Is Uah 22,000.00) The Legal Basis For The Functioning Of The Electricity Market Of Ukraine Is Determined By The Law Of Ukraine On The Electricity Market, I.E. According To The Provisions Of This Law, The Distribution Of Electric Energy Is The Activity Of Transporting Electric Energy From Electrical Installations Of Electric Energy Producers Or Electrical Installations Of The Operator Of The Transmission System Through Networks Of The Operator Of The Distribution System, In Addition To The Supply Of Electric Energy. Electricity Distribution Services Are Provided By Operators Of Distribution Systems (Subjects Of Natural Monopolies) At Tariffs Set By The National Commission For State Regulation Of Energy And Utilities (Nkrekp). In Accordance With The Licensing Conditions For The Conduct Of Economic Activities In The Distribution Of Electric Energy (Resolution Of The Ncrecp Dated 27.12.2017 No. 1470), The Territory Of The Activity Of The Distribution System Operator Is Determined By The Location Of The Electricity Facilities Intended For The Distribution Of Electric Energy, Which Are Owned By The Licensee, And To Which Are Connected To The Electrical Networks Of Consumers That Are Powered By The Licensees Networks. At The Same Time, The Territory Of Carrying Out Economic Activity On The Distribution Of Electric Energy At A Regulated Tariff With A List Of Administrative-Territorial Units Is Approved By A Resolution Of The Ncrecp On Issuing A Corresponding License For Each Supplier. Taking Into Account The Above, Only One Distributor Operates In Each Separate Territory, With Which Consumers (Including Budget Institutions And Organizations) Can Conclude A Contract For The Distribution Of Electric Energy At A Regulated Tariff. According To Paragraph 2 Of Part 7 Of Article 3 Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Purchase By The Customer Of Goods, Works And Services, The Value Of Which Is Equal To Or Exceeds 50 Thousand Hryvnias And Is Less Than The Value Established In Points 1 And 2 Of Part 1 Of Article 3, Is Carried Out Without Applying The Simplified Procurement Procedure Established By The Law On Public Procurement, In The Event That Works, Goods Or Services Can Be Performed, Delivered Or Provided Exclusively By A Certain Business Entity — Lack Of Competition For Technical Reasons.
