Based On The Data Provided To The Antimonopoly Committee Of Ukraine, The Monopoly Position On The Commodity Market By Administrative And Territorial Units Of Ukraine Provision Of Electric Energy Distribution Services In The Ternopil Region Within Its Own Networks Is Carried Out By Ojsc Ternopiloblenergo. In This Way, It Is Possible To Purchase Electric Energy Distribution Services Only From An Enterprise That Is A Natural Monopolist In The Territory Of Its Activity. Taking Into Account The Above, The Zbarazh City Council Has Objective Reasons For Applying Procurement By Concluding A Direct Contract For Electric Energy Distribution Services, Namely: Lack Of Competition For Technical Reasons, As A Result Of Which The Procurement Contract Can Be Concluded With Only One Supplier.
