Based On The Data Provided To The Antimonopoly Committee Of Ukraine, The Monopoly Position On The Commodity Market By Administrative And Territorial Units Of Ukraine Jsc Ternopiloblenergo Provides Services For The Distribution Of Electric Energy In The Ternopil Region Within Its Own Networks. In This Way, The Purchase Of Electric Energy Distribution Services Can Be Carried Out Only From An Enterprise That Is A Natural Monopolist In The Territory Of Its Activity. In View Of The Above, The Zbarazh City Council Has Objective Grounds For Applying Procurement Through The Conclusion Of A Direct Contract For Electric Energy Distribution Services, Namely: Lack Of Competition For Technical Reasons, As A Result Of Which The Procurement Contract Can Be Concluded With Only One Supplier.
