Tenders are invited for Youth-Led Civic Engagement in the West Bank, Including East Jerusalem Service Location: West Bank, Including East Jerusalem Enabel invites eligible Palestinian civil society organisations to apply under the project Youth Protection & Civic Engagement. The call supports a 12-month action that strengthens young peoples rights, protection and meaningful participation in community dialogue and local decision-making. Proposed activities should promote inclusive, safe and nonviolent youth-led civic engagement and respond to locally identified priorities in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. Grant available: One grant of EUR 300,000. Mandatory co-financing is not required. Who can apply: Palestinian, non-profit civil society organisations legally established in Palestine, applying with at least one eligible co-applicant. Further eligibility conditions apply. Application process: This is a two-stage call. At this stage, applicants should submit a concept note only. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal. Deadline for concept notes: 16 November 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Palestine time. Concept notes must be submitted in a sealed envelope by courier, registered post or hand delivery to Enabels office in Ramallah or East Jerusalem.
