Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Non-Food Items (Nfis) Closing Date: Thursday, 29. Oct 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Shelter and Non-Food Items The Union of Relief and Development Associations (URDA) invites eligible and qualified companies to submit sealed technical and financial offers for: Supply and Delivery of Non-Food Items (NFIs) Long-Term Agreement 2027 (blankets, mattresses, pillows, diesel heaters and plastic gallons; item-by-item award bidders may quote for one, several or all items; prices include delivery to all areas of Lebanon). Agreement period: 1 January 31 December 2027. Submission deadline: Thursday, 29 October 2026 at 4:00 PM (Lebanon time). Submission address: URDA Office, Khalde, Mount Lebanon, near Rammal Supermarket. Sealed offers must be deposited in the transparent, locked tender box labelled UR-2627-003; each tender has its own box. Late or electronic offers will be rejected.
