1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Including Wood Harvesting And Skidding, Dismantling Of Fencing, Construction Of A New Part Of The Fencing And Agrotechnical Melioration To Be Carried Out In The Tuczno Forest District In The Dzikowo And Strzalina Forests In Connection With The Felling Of Trees For The Expansion Of National Road No. 22. The Wood Will Be Harvested On Forest Land, In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In The State Forests. Individual Types Of Work Will Be Ordered On Separate Orders And Received On Separate Work Acceptance Protocols. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Issue A Separate Invoice For Each Work Acceptance Report. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Total Amount Of Work In The Field Of Harvesting And Skidding Of Wood, Dismantling Of Fencing, Construction Of A New Part Of Fencing And Agrotechnical Improvement Resulting From Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Annex No. 8.1 - Planned Scope Of Work; Annex No. 8.2 - Assortment System For Timber Harvesting; Annex No. 8.3.1 - 8.3.2 - Characteristics Of The Dzikowo And Strzalina Forest Districts (Location Maps); Annexes No. 8.4 - Sorting Arrangement Of Wood Harvesting In Forest Areas; Annex No. 8.5 - List Of Distances And Conditions For Skidding Wood; Annex No. 8.6 - List Of Items With Additional Difficulties In Terms Of Harvesting And Skidding; Annex No. 8.7 - List Of Items Not Made Available For Machine Harvesting Of Wood; Annex No. 8.8 - Planned Volume Of Harvesting According To Age Classes. Quality Standards Relating To All Important Features Of The Subject Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, I.E.: Description Of The Technology For Carrying Out Works Related To Felling For The Construction Of Roads And Power Transmission Lines (Otwpwdlp). The Detailed Description Of The Technology For Carrying Out Works Related To Felling Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz For The Construction Of Roads And Power Transmission Lines (Activities), Constitutes The Basis For Determining The Quality Requirements Relating To The Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz). If The Activity Described In The Above Annexes Was Not Provided For In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz), Then The Provisions Of Annex No. 9 To The Swz Do Not Apply In This Respect. Descriptions Of Activity Codes Describing Individual Works (Activities) Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. A Description Of The Rules For The Procedure For Accepting Works Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Material Scopes Listed In The Annexes Included In Annex No. 8 Are Estimates.
