1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Implementation Of A Comprehensive Digital Accessibility Audit Service Of The Website Dziennikcyfrowe.Gov.Pl, Together With Subpages On This Domain, Included In The Site Map Constituting Annex No. 1 To Sopz, And The Content And Documents Contained Therein, In Terms Of Their Compliance With The Digital Accessibility Act. The Audit Will Include The Preparation Of Guidelines And Recommendations Regarding Meeting The Requirements Of The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Standard Specified In The Annex To The Digital Accessibility Act. The Described Analysis Will Be Carried Out In The Following Areas: A) Assessment Of Compliance Of The Above-Mentioned Websites With The Requirements Of The Act Of April 4, 2019 On The Digital Accessibility Of Websites And Mobile Applications Of Public Entities (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1440), Hereinafter Referred To As The Digital Accessibility Act, B) Assessment Of Compliance Of Documents Made Available On Websites With The Requirements Of The Digital Accessibility Act, C) Assessment Of Compliance Of Forms Made Available On Websites With The Requirements Of The Digital Accessibility Act, D) Assessment Declaration Of Accessibility Of The Website Dziennikcyfrowe.Gov.Pl With The Requirements Of The Act On Digital Accessibility. The Analysis Will Cover Both The Desktop And Mobile Versions Of The Portal. 2) Preparation Of An Audit Report Containing Recommendations For Project Teams Regarding Adapting Websites And Content To The Requirements Of The Digital Accessibility Act. 3) Conducting A Re-Audit After Introducing The Recommendations And Recommendations Indicated In The Report Referred To In The Point Above, Ending With A Final Report Containing A Summary Of The Results Of The Audit And Re-Audit Based On The Errors Reported In The Audit Report, Along With Information On The Solutions Used To Achieve Compliance With The Digital Accessibility Act. 4) Transfer Of The Copyright To The Audit Report And The Final Report To The Ordering Party (If They Constitute A Work Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 4 February 1994 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 24) On Copyright And Related Rights), Entitling To Unlimited Use And Disposal Of These Documents In The Country And Abroad, In All Fields Of Exploitation Known At The Time Of Concluding The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor (Recording, Reproduction, Placing On The Market, Lending, Making Available To The Public). The Transfer Of Proprietary Rights And Dependent Rights To The Works Takes Place Without Any Restrictions: Time, Quantity Or Territory. 5) Organization, With The Ordering Partys Project Team, Of One Workshop Summarizing The Audit Report With An Indication Of Possible Solutions For Changes And Modifications In The Areas Indicated In The Report As Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Digital Accessibility Act.
