1) Description Of The Existing Water Supply And Sewage Infrastructure That Is The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Grudziądz Commune Does Not Have Its Own Water Treatment Plant Or Sewage Treatment Plant. Water Is Purchased From Miejskie Wodociągi I Szczalniaw Grudziądz. The Place Of Water Supply Is The Main Water Meters, Separating The Network Of The Grudziądz Commune From The Mwio Network. Sewage From The Commune Is Discharged To The Main Collectors Of The Mwio And Then Goes To The Sewage Treatment Plant In Nowa Wieś. The Place Where Sewage Is Collected By Mwio Are Municipal Flow Meters Mounted On The Main Collectors. The Contractors Task Is To Maintain And Maintain Municipal Water And Sewage Networks And Connections, As Well As Water Supply And Sewage Facilities, Among Others. Sewage Pumping Stations, Flow Meters, Pressure Boosting Stations And Networks That Are The Responsibility Of The Grudziądz Commune, Along With The Infrastructure. Newly Built Sections Of The Network Are Also Included In The Scope Of The Contract Provided By The Contractor. This Will Not Result In An Increase In The Contractors Remuneration. The Ordering Party Has: - Collective Sewage Pumping Stations: 31 Pcs., - Collective Sewage Pumping Station: 2 Pcs., - Water Pressure Boosting Stations And Hydrophores - 11 Pcs. - Household Sewage Pumping Stations Managed By The Grudziądz Commune, 2) Tasks In The Field Of Maintenance And Maintenance Of Collective Water Supply Equipment: A) Maintaining Water Supply Equipment In Proper Technical Condition, In Particular: Ongoing Maintenance Of Equipment And Pipelines, I.E. Replacement/Repair Of Faulty Or Damaged Fittings And Equipment, Cleaning Of Devices And Pipelines, Venting Of Networks And Systematic Cleaning Of Network Sections, Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of Measuring Devices. Removing Failures, Switching On, Performing Operation, Renovation, Repairs, Inspections, Maintenance Of Devices, As Well As Water Supply And Sewage Connections:  Owned By The Grudziądz Commune,  Located Behind Water Measurement (Sales) Points, Sewage Supplying Water And Ensuring The Collection Of Sewage From Contractors Of The Grudziądz Commune. B) Immediate Removal Of All Leaks And Leaks In Networks Water Supply And Connections, C) Immediate Physical Removal Of The Failure No Later Than Within 4 Hours (Depending On The Obligation Expressed In The Offer) From Reporting And Removal Of The Failure No Later Than Within 24 Hours From Reporting. Appropriate Valves Protecting Against Loss Of Water From The Network Must Be Closed Within 4 Hours Of Reporting. By Failure, The Ordering Party Understands Damage To Pipelines Or Water Supply Devices Causing Or Likely To Cause Water Loss, Interruption Of Water Supply And Other Threats. The Contractor Takes Steps To Remove The Causes And Effects
