The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of A Complete Server And Matrix Infrastructure Solution Dedicated To Work With The Ordering Partys His System, Including 1 Server Application, 1 Database Server, Fc Block Matrix, 1 Dedicated Fc Switch And A Set Of Elements For Expanding The Ordering Partys Existing Hp Ff 7910 Network Switches. The Expansion Of The Current Network Switches Results From The Need To Connect New Servers To The Existing Ipczd Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Terms Of Functional, Performance And Technical Requirements. The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate A Preferred Manufacturer Or Specific Model Of Devices. If The Wording Or Equivalent Is Used In The Opz For Proper Names, Norms, Certificates, Labels, Standards Or Benchmarks, The Contractor May Offer An Equivalent Solution Only In The Scope Of This Specific Requirement. An Equivalent Solution Must Ensure The Same Functional Purpose And Meet The Criteria Important For A Given Requirement, Indicated In Chapter 1, Point 8 Of The Opz. • In The Price Form, The Contractor Provides Data Identifying The Offered Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Form Columns, In Particular The Manufacturer, Model/Type And Catalog Number, If Any. These Data Are Used To Identify The Offered Configuration And Verify Compliance Of The Offer With Opz; They Do Not Constitute An Indication Of A Specific Manufacturer Or Model By The Ordering Party. • If The Contractor Indicates An Equivalent Solution In The Price Form, He Or She Submits Together With The Offer The Subject Matter Of Evidence Appropriate For The Opz Point To Which The Equivalence Applies. These Measures Must Allow For The Assessment Of Equivalence According To The Criteria Indicated In Chapter 1, Point 8 Of The Opz. Justification For The Use Of References To Proper Names, Norms, Certificates, Labels, Standards And Benchmarks: Some Of The Requirements Result From The Need To Ensure Compatibility With The Existing Server, Matrix, Fc And Network Infrastructure Of The Ordering Party, In Particular With Its Hp Ff 7910 Switches. The Remaining References Serve To Objectively Describe The Required Level Of Security, Energy Efficiency, Quality And Performance. A Completely Neutral Description Would Not Allow To Clearly Determine The Required Level Of Compatibility And Security Of The Solution, Therefore The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions According To The Criteria Specified In The Opz.
