The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Areas: South And North. 1 Operator Is Selected For Each Area. The Customer Cannot Tell Exact Amounts In Advance Or Promise A Certain Amount Of Work During The Contract Period. The Quantity Coefficients In The Price Lists Are Only For Comparing Offers. The Work To Be Carried Out Is Done At The Offered Unit Prices. Such Glazing Repairs, For Which No Unit Price Has Been Given, Are Offered Separately On A Case-By-Case Basis. The Bidder With The Lowest Bid Will Be Selected For The Southern Region And The Bidder With The Second Lowest Bid For The Northern Region.
