The Purpose Of This Agreement Is To Ensure The Year-Round Operation Of The Store On Prangli Island And The Sale Of Food And Consumer Goods, As Well As The Right To Provide Various Services To The Residents And Visitors Of Prangli Island By The Concessionaire For Five (5) Years. For This Purpose, The Municipal Government Will Use The Business (Hereinafter The Concessionaire) Recognized As Successful As A Result Of The Concession On The Property Of The Prangli Store On Prangli Island In Viimsi Municipality, Cadastral Identification Number 89001:002:0068 (Hereinafter The Property) The Store Building (Including The Apartment In The Building Only For The Purpose Of Housing The Store Employee), The Store Premises, The Auxiliary Building And The Territory Of The Property. There Is Also A Pump Building On The Stores Property, Access To Which Must Be Maintained And The Buildings Current Use.
