The Training Center Of The Münster Chamber Of Crafts (Hbz), With Currently Around 55,000 Square Meters Of Usable Space, Is One Of The Largest Craft Training Centers In Germany. At The Hbz, Around 10,000 Participants Attend Inter-Company Apprenticeship Training, Master Schools Or Advanced Training Courses Every Year. Training, Further Education And Training Take Place Here In Almost 30 Trades. In A Total Of 56 Workshops At A High Technological Level As Well As Nine It And Multimedia Rooms And Over 30 Classrooms, Our Lecturers Prepare The Necessary Practical And Theoretical Specialist Knowledge Using The Latest Didactic Teaching Methods. The Hbz Also Has A Cafeteria And A Boarding School. The Education Center Is Currently Divided Into Eight Different Buildings At Multiple Locations. Some Of The Properties Are Clearly Showing Their Age And Are Mostly In Great Need Of Modernization. The Münster Chamber Of Crafts Would Therefore Like To Carry Out Comprehensive Modernizations Of An Existing Building And Realize A New Building On An Adjacent Property By 2031. Workshop And Administrative Areas From Properties Are To Be Combined In A New Building And Connected To Existing Properties. Building D, Which Is To Be Modernized, Has A Gross Floor Area Of Approximately 21,000 Square Meters. Building Permit Was Issued In 1991. According To The Current Planning Status (Completion Of Performance Phase 2), The Gross Floor Area Of Building O Amounts To Approximately 20,000 Sqm. As Part Of The Upcoming Service Phases, Expert Services Will Be Required, In Particular For The Acceptance Of The Technical Systems As Well As For Specific Technical Support Of The Planning With Regard To Compliance With Current Legal, Normative And Approval Requirements. The Specific Services Can Be Found In The Service List. The Call-Off, I.E. The Commissioning, Is Planned In Stages. First, The Services Of Titles 1 & 2 Are Called Up, I.E. The Contract Is Awarded. The Call-Off, I.E. The Commissioning Of The Acceptance Services (Title 3), Is Planned For A Later Date. For Efficient Coordination And Implementation, The Expert Of The Preliminary Services From Titles 1 & 2 Must Also Carry Out The Services From Title 3. Checking And Evaluating Situations In The Existing Building (Building D) In Order To Bring Them Into Line With The Standards. Assessment/Assessment Of Open Existing Garage Buildings D And Building O In Conjunction With Smoke Extraction (Post-Flow) And Co Measurement. Title 3: Acceptance Services In Lp8: Cross-Trade Technical And Building Law Assessment Of The Existing (Safety-Related) Systems (Electrical Systems, Bma, Sibel, Ventilation, Smoke Extraction) For Their Continued Operation Under The New Approval Situation And Acute Questions From The Planning Team. - Basic Determination & Preparation Review Of The Building Permit And The Fire Protection Concept As Well As Qualitative Examination Of The Implementation Documents As A Basis For The Acceptance Of The Systems Described In Items 3.3 To 3.7. Answering Technical Questions From Those Involved In The Project During Planning And Execution. - Testing Of The Electrical Systems (Prüfvo Nrw), - Testing Of The Fire Alarm System & Alarm System (Prüfvo Nrw) Testing Of The Intended Function, The Alarm And Transmission Routes To The Fire Department As Well As The Standard-Compliant Cover, - Testing Of The Security Lighting - Sibel (Prüfvo Nrw), - Testing Of The Ventilation Systems & Fire Dampers (Prüfvo Nrw) Including Appointments For The Fire Damper Inspection In The Shell State. - Testing The Smoke Extraction Systems (Prüfvo Nrw), - Cross-Trade Functional Principle Test - Wpp (§ 2 Para. 2 Testvo Nrw) Testing The Error-Free Interaction Of All Safety Systems And The Building Management Technology In The Event Of A Fire (Triggering Test Scenarios In Accordance With The Officially Tested Fire Control Matrix). - Reporting, Evaluation Of The Test Results And Preparation Of The Formal Initial Test Reports According To The Official Models Of The Nrw Test Regulation, Including A Catalog Of Defects And A Final Judgment On Operational Safety.
