The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Performance Of Works Related To The Management Of Municipal Real Estate Resources In Accordance With The Principles Arising From Legal Provisions And Professional Standards And In Accordance With Professional Ethics In Relation To The Following Real Estate Properties: 1.Buildings And Residential Premises As Well As Adjacent Areas That Are 100% Owned By The Ordering Party, Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Contract.2.Commercial Premises That Are 100% Owned By The Ordering Party, Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Contract.3.Garages With Areas Under The Garages Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Contract.4.Administration Of Municipal Residential And Commercial Premises In Housing Communities Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Contract.5.Debt Collection.6.Cashier Service.7.Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Facilities And Areas Entrusted With Management.8.Administration Of Personal Data To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Contract. This Scope Will Not Include Tasks Related To The Management Of Common Areas In Real Estate Of Housing Communities, Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Of June 24, 1994 On The Ownership Of Premises (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 232). An Integral Part Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 5 To The Contract. Detailed Information On The Subject Of The Order (The Area Of The Above-Mentioned Properties) Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To Specification - Template Of The Public Procurement Contract. Total Usable Area Of All Buildings And Residential Premises That Are 100% Owned By The Ordering Party: 5,462.53 M² (166 Residential Premises Located In 21 Buildings), Total Area Of Green Areas Where Buildings That Are 100% Owned By The Ordering Party Are Located: 19,734 M², Total Area Of Paved Area: 3,095 M², Total Area Of Commercial Premises: 1,323.24 M² (10 Commercial Premises In 8 Buildings), Total Area Of Garages: 185.38 M² (9 Garages), Area Of Land Under Garages (Located At 5 Properties): 175.50 M², Total Usable Area Of Residential And Commercial Premises In Housing Communities: 4 4 818.99 M² (114 Residential Premises And 5 Commercial Premises Located In 42 Buildings). The Total Amount Of M² Of Usable Area Of The Above Properties And Adjacent Areas Constitutes The Basis For Calculating The Remuneration. In The Event Of A Quantitative Change In The Subject Of The Order During The Term Of The Contract, The Scope Of The Order Will Change, And Thus The Remuneration Will Be Calculated According To The Applicable Unit Rate. Additional Data To Describe The Subject Of The Order: 1.Providing The Ordering Party With Written Information Regarding Current Receivables By The 20Th Of Each Month.2.Monitoring Debt Repayments.3.Sending Payment Requests.4.Approximately 30 Court Proceedings Are Conducted Annually, Including: 27 For Payment And 3 For Eviction.5.Court And Bailiff Costs Are Borne By The Ordering Party.6.Activities Related To The Eviction Of Tenants From Occupied Premis
