Part No. 1 - Construction, Modernization And Installation Works (Year Of Implementation: 2026) The Subject Of Part No. 1 Is The Execution Of Construction, Adaptation And Installation Works Leading To The Reconstruction Of The Former Gymnasium Into A Multifunctional Auditorium With Sanitary And Wardrobe Facilities, A Hall And Accessibility Solutions. The Scope Of Work Includes: • Demolition, Demolition And Adaptation Works As Well As Reconstruction Communication System;• Construction Of Openings, Partition Walls, Brickwork, Lintels And Other Structural Elements In Accordance With The Design;• Construction Of A Ramp For People With Special Needs At The New Exit From The Hall;• Suspended Ceilings, Including A Coffered Acoustic Ceiling With Mineral Wool Insulation;• Complete Structure Of A Stepped Auditorium With A Subfloor For Carpet And Armchairs, After An Inventory And A Workshop Design With Calculations Approved By An Authorized Designer Structure;• Reconstruction Of The Water Supply, Sewage And Sanitary Installations;• Electrical, Power, Lighting, Power And Protection Installations And Preparation Of Power Points For The Equipment Of Stage 2027;• Substrates, Floors And Floor Coverings Planned For Stage 2026, Excluding The Carpet Covering Of The Auditorium Belonging To Part No. 2;• Filling, Painting, Cladding And Other Finishing Works;• External And Internal Door Joinery;• White Assembly And Complete Sanitary Equipment Included In The Documentation And Bill Of Quantities;• Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installation Along With Commissioning, Regulation And Measurements;• Accompanying Works, Tests, Acceptances, As-Built Documentation And Tidying Up Of The Facility;• Wardrobe And Cloakroom Equipment Only To The Extent Clearly Included In The Design Documentation And Confirmed In The Scope Statement Before Signing The Contract. The Boundaries Of Part No. 1 And Part No. 2 Are Specified In Annex No. 10 – Opz And Division Of Responsibilities. In The Event Of Discrepancies, The Item Must Not Be Valued Twice. The Subject Of The Order Is Described Jointly, In The Order Of Priority Specified In The Contract: A) This Tor And Annex No. 10 - Opz And Division Of Responsibilities; B) Design Documentation: Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, Sanitary Installations, Electrics, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Accessibility Audit; C) Bills Of Quantities: Part No. 1 (2026) And Part No. 2 (2027), Of An Auxiliary Nature Only; D) Appropriate Contract Template: Annex No. 8A For Part No. 1 Or Annex No. 8B For Part No. 2; E) Explanations And Changes To The Swz Provided In The Course Of The Proceedings. The Remuneration Is A Lump Sum. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Activities Necessary To Achieve The Complete Result Specified For A Given Part. Bills Of Quantities Do Not Constitute The Sole Basis For Determining The Scope.
