Sewerage Management Services – Public Service Concession For Sanitation Management In The Gpso Territory. Public Service Concession For The Management Of Sanitation On The Territory Of Gpso - Public Service Concession For The Management Of Sanitation Throughout The Territory Of The Etablissement Public Territorial Grand Paris Seine Ouest And More Precisely For The Municipalities Of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-Les-Moulineaux, Marnes-La-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves And Ville-Davray. The Concessionaire Assumes All Risks Linked To Operation And Derives Most Of Its Remuneration From The Operation Of The Service Under The Conditions Provided For In These Specifications. The Contract Takes Effect From Its Date Of Notification. Execution Will Actually Begin On January 1, 2028 For An Operating Period Of 6 Years, I.E. Until December 31, 2033. The Duration Of 6 Years Is Justified With Regard To The Implementation Of A Concessional Works Program In Cycles Of 3 Years And The Need To Adapt The Service To Medium-Term Developments. The Value Of Future Contracts (Expressed In The Amount Of Turnover For The Future Delegatee) Is Estimated At €42,000,000.00 Excluding Tax (In Current Euros) Over 6 Years, Allowing In Particular The Realization Of An Annual Investment Program Of Around €4,500,000.00 Excluding Tax.
