Prior Information Notice For Letting Services Of Short-Stay Furnished Accommodation – Temporary Shelters For Ukrainian Displaced Persons. The Municipality Has Been Hosting Ukrainian Displaced Persons Since March 2022. This Is Temporarily Organized Through Shelter In Hotels And Through Room Rental. One Of Those Contracts Expires On March 4, 2027. Due To The Extension Of The Temporary Protection Directive, Continuation Is Necessary (Until At Least March 4, 2028). This Call Is Intended To Give Interested Candidates The Opportunity To Register For A Tender That Will Ensure The Conclusion Of A New Contract. This Concerns Temporary Shelters For A Total Of 50 People, Divided Into 30 Single And 10 Double Rooms. The Required Rooms Must Be Offered At One Location. Because The Need For Rooms Can Change Over Time, The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From This For The Total Possible Duration Of The Assignment. The Municipality Has The Right To Unilaterally Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Rooms Every Two Months After A Fixed Period Of 3 Months. At The Start Of The Framework Agreement, This Concerns Temporary Shelters For A Total Of 50 People, Divided Into 30 Single Rooms And 10 Double Rooms. The Required Rooms Must Be Offered At One Location. The Need For Childcare Places May Change. The Municipality Therefore Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Rooms Every Two Months (From June 4, 2027).
