1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Production Of 22 Audio-Video Instructional Films For The Faculty Of Medicine Of The University Of Opole.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 1.1 To The Swz (Zip File).3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Production Of 22 Audio-Video Instructional Films, Including Production Preparation, Recording, Editing, Post-Production And Transfer Of Ready-Made Materials. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Divided Into 3 Stages: 3.1. The First Stage Of Implementation Includes In Particular: Comprehensive Organizational, Substantive, Production And Technical Preparation Of The Entire Process Of Producing 22 Instructional Films.3.2. The Second Stage Of Implementation Includes In Particular: Making Appropriate Recordings For 22 Instructional Films And Preparing Their Complete Editing Versions In Accordance With Approved Scenarios Or Storyboards.3.3. The Third Stage Of Implementation Includes In Particular: Final Post-Production Of Approved Editing Versions, Preparation Of All Required Graphic, Sound And Accessibility Elements, Creation Of Final Result Files And Submission Of A Set Of 22 Films For Collection. 4. Deadline For Completion Of The Subject Of The Order: From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until June 30, 2028, With The Following: 4.1. Maximum Deadline For Completion Of The First Stage: October 20, 2026,4.2. Maximum Deadline For The Implementation Of The Second Stage: July 30, 2027,4.3. Maximum Deadline For The Implementation Of The Third Stage: June 30, 2028.5. Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Improving The Competences Of Male And Female Doctors Through In-Service Training Using Medical Simulation And Is Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, The Implementation Deadlines Were Set In Accordance With The Project Schedule. This Schedule Secures The Requirement To Implement The Project In Accordance With Its Assumptions, Including The Need To Spend 25% Of The Total Project Value Within The Appropriate Time Frame, And Is Designed Together With The Schedule Of Other Tasks That Are Directly Related To The Subject Of This Contract. 6. The Deadline For Submitting The Implementation Concept Will Be Within A Maximum Of Ten [10] Business Days From The Date Of Submission By The Ordering Party Of All Substantive Content, Including Source Materials, Procedure Descriptions, Clinical Scenarios, Expert Guidelines And Other Documents Necessary To Prepare The Concept.7. The Deadline Specified In Point 6 Of The Announcement Is The Maximum Deadline For Submitting The Implementation Concept.
