Documents Price KD 3500 Bid Bond: KD 170,000 Closing Date 17/11/2026 Pre-tendering meeting: will be held at 10:00 am on Sunday, 27/09/2026, Important conditions and instructions: 1- The final time for submitting bids is 1:00 PM on the closing date. 2- All documents must be submitted on a non-copyable CD, except for the bid form and the initial guarantee which must be submitted as hard copies. 3- Document fees are paid via certified check or K-Net. 4- A valid certificate of national manpower quota issued by the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted with the bid. 5- Small and medium enterprises are exempt from document fees provided they attach a valid certificate from the National Fund for SME Development.
