Construction Work – Gentofte Municipality, Rygårdcentret, Department Bøgelunden. Total Contract, Which Includes Remodeling Of The Rygårdcentret, Dept. Bøgelunden (Approx. 1,950 M²), Niels Andersens Vej 22, 1St Floor, 2900 Hellerup. The Total Contract Includes Both Planning And Execution Of The Works Described In The Tender Documents. The General Contractor Agreement Is Based On Abt 18 And The Performance Description For Construction And Landscape (Ybl 18) And Sets Out The General Contractors Rights And Obligations In Relation To The Project. The Project Is Offered As A Turnkey Contract Because Gentofte Municipality Has Assessed That The Projects Complexity Requires That The Task Not Be Solved In Several Independent Contracts. This Choice Is Also Justified By Improved Risk Management And Financial Savings.
