The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Repair And Maintenance (Preventive, Current, And Repair And Restoration Works In Emergency Situations) Of 47,008 Km., As Follows: Streets In The City Of Pomorie With A Length Of 38,708 Km. Kamenar District - 6,700 Km. Municipal Road No. Bgs1142 - Town Of Pomorie - 1,600 Km. A Description Of The Types Of Smr And Activities Is Presented In Appendix No. C - Types Of Smr And Activities To The Participation Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Activities That Are Related To The Repair And Maintenance, Namely: 1. The Provision Of Systematic Care To Ensure Year-Round Normal Operation Of The Road/Street, As Well As Activities Aimed At Ensuring The Technical Condition Of The Road/Street, Road Facilities And Accessories In Accordance With The Current Regulations And Technical Specifications For Construction Products / Incl. Removal Of Individual Damages And Deformations On The Elements Within The Scope Of The Road/Street, Road Facilities And Accessories And Prevention Of Their Further Development, Removal Of Local Damages Due To The Normal Operation Of The Road And Damage To The Road Surface, Road Facilities And Accessories. 2. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities, Which Are Related To The Performance Of Maintenance And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It: - Delivery And Installation Of The Necessary Construction Materials And Products That Comply With The Technical Specifications. - Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests. - Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Specified In The Public Procurement Contract. - Repair Works, Including Breaking Up Old Pavements, Repaving Certain Sections Of Roads And Streets, Patching Existing Asphalt Pavements, Restoring Crushed Stone And Ballast Pavements, Making Pavements From Waste Milled Asphalt Material, Replacing Curbs, Raising Inspection And Rainwater Shafts And Repairing And Restoring Drainage Channels.
