The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works At The Site: Sinyata Voda Dam, Sozopol Municipality, Burgas Region. Repair Of The Dam Wall And Its Facilities: Spillway, Rapid Flow, Energy Quencher, Main Outlet, Inlet And Outlet Shaft. The Dam Wall Is Earth Embankment, Gravity, Small. The Geodetic Survey Established The Maximum Height Of The Wall - 7M, Width Of The Crown 4.0M And Length Along The Crown 130M. Slope Of The Dry Slope 1:1.66, And On The Wet - 1:2.14. In The Process Of Consolidation Over The Years, The Earth Embankment Has Subsided By About 50 Cm. Sinyata Voda Dam Falls Into An Area With Seismicity Magnitude Vi Of Degree And Coefficient Kc=0.10. In Terms Of Seismicity, The Construction Soils That Make Up The Ground Base Refer To Group C, According To Standards For The Design Of Buildings And Facilities In Earthquake Areas. The Spillway And The Rapid Have Been Excavated By The Overflowing Water Masses. The Passing Waters Have Left A 3M Deep Trench. The Two Slopes Of The Trench Formed In This Way Are Undermined And Excavated. The Levelings Of The Right Slope Of The Rapid Reach Several Meters From The Body Of The Wall. The Restoration Of The Sinyata Voda Dam Includes Complete Repair And Restoration Works On The Facilities, Namely: Dam Wall, Main Outlet, Spillway, Drainage Channel. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Project Documentation And Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
