Selection Of A Contractor To Deliver A Total Of 20 (Twenty) Balkan Wild Goats In Compliance With The Applicable Legislation, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Principles Of Animal Welfare. The Subject Includes The Selection Of Suitable Donor Populations, The Capture, Transport, Unloading And Transfer Of 20 Balkan Wild Goats To A Wild Goat Monitoring And Adaptation Hospital, As Well As The Presentation Of All Required Documents Of Origin And Veterinary Medical Documents. The Contractor Organizes All Activities In Terms Of: Selection Of Suitable Donor Populations, Coordination With Potential Owners (Hunting Farms, Hunting Groups, Directorates Of National Parks Or Other Territories (Institutions) With A Potential Opportunity To Provide Wild Goats). Catching With Permitted Methods And Animal Traps. Safe Transport And Delivery Of Animals. All The Necessary Permitting And Coordination Regimes With The Ministry Of Education, Culture And Science, The Institutions Responsible For The Management And Use Of Wild Goats, Veterinary Medical Institutions Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Has A Commitment To Provide The Necessary Additional Administrative Information In Case It Is Needed For The Issuance Of Permits, Approval Documents Needed By The Contractor To Carry Out The Activity. The Contracting Authority Carries Out Inspection And Acceptance. Until The Handover Protocol Is Signed, The Risk Is Borne By The Contractor. Total Quantity – 20 Balkan Wild Goats (Rupicapra Rupicapra Balcanica), Of Which: • 15-Female; • 5-Male. Gender Ratio Is A Mandatory Requirement. Subject Of Delivery Are Young (Immature) Animals And/Or Those Of Reproductive Age. All Activities To Control The Population Of Stray Dogs And Cats Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Legislation On The Principle Of Mass Castration In Populated Areas And In Connection With Submitted Requests And Reports From Citizens, And The Animals Are Provided With A Recovery Stay Of At Least 24 Hours, After Which They Are Returned To The Place Of Capture. ​​​​​​​
