Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Framework Agreement Regarding Technical Advice For Construction Projects (Tender 2026). This Tender Concerns The Performance Of Technical Advice For Construction Projects In Frederiksberg Municipality. The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Be Used Primarily For The Implementation Of Skyscraper Projects, Including Combined With Road And/Or Urban Space/Landscape. However, The Projects Can Also Concern Construction Projects Without Cloud-Breaking Elements. Frederiksberg Municipality Envisages That The Framework Agreement Be Entered Into With An Engineering Company That May Is Supplemented By Sub-Advisors In Relation To Specific Disciplines And Landscape Architecture. A 2-Year Framework Agreement Is Offered For Entry Into Force On 23 February 2027 And With An Option For The Municipality To Extend For Up To 2 X 12 Months. The Municipality Expects The Total Annual Consumption Of The Three Parallel Framework Agreements To Be Approx. 13 Million Dkk Exclusive Of Vat.
