Heart-Lung Machines Are Used For Extracorporeal Blood Flow Control And Monitoring During Cardiopulmonary Perfusion. This Request For Tender Is Conditional So That The Procurement Will Be Carried Out If Sufficient Funds Have Been Allocated In The Budget For The Years 2026-2031. One Heart-Lung Machine Is Planned To Be Acquired In 2026 Or 2027. In Addition, One Or Two Machines Will Be Acquired Later Within The Budget. Regarding The Equipment, The Contract Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of 5 Years, And A Maximum Of Three Heart-Lung Machines Can Be Purchased From The Contract. The Purchase Quantities Of Equipment Accessories Stated In The Request For Tender Are Estimated Consumption Quantities, And They Are Only Notified To Bidders To Support The Submission Of A Tender. The Procurement Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Unit, But The Actual Consumption May Be Higher Or Lower. The Welfare Area Allocates Funds For Procurements According To This Call For Tenders Each Year Separately. Procurements Are Carried Out Each Year Within The Framework Of The Allocations. If The Allocation Is Not Granted At All In A Certain Year, No Purchases Will Be Made In Accordance With The Procurement Decision In That Year.
